If you’re curious what it’s like to work with our Marketing Department, we’d love to share a little bit about the process. Let’s take a look:

1) Free Kick-Start Consultation. Interested in learning more about how we help agents and brokers? Contact us to schedule a free initial consultation. We’ll set up either an in-person meeting or a phone appointment to discuss your needs and business and to determine if your project, budget, and timeline are a good fit for our firm.

2) Marketing Proposal. During the next five business days, our Team will create a Marketing Proposal tailored to your style and preferences. We offer a la carte services, monthly retainer programs, and complete in-house marketing department solutions.

3) Onboarding with Agent Operations. Because our marketing programs are completely customized, each client undergoes an onboarding process so that our Team truly understands your long-term vision, audience, and consumer value propositions.

4) Project Execution. Our Team meets regularly to review our projects and timelines. Our goal is to deliver a five-star customer experience at every touch point, and it’s important to us that you are in the loop regarding your work with us. A member of our Team will be in touch with you on a regular basis to provide updates and answer any questions you may have.

5) Completion and Delivery. We strive to inspire you to work with us for a lifetime, and we’re in this for the long haul. Additionally, our clients retain all of the intellectual property rights to the creative work Agent Operations delivers.

Holiday Hours

We wish you the happiest of holiday seasons! Our Agent Operations® offices will be closed December 24th through the 28th, with a half-day on December 31st, and closed on January 1st, as we spend the holidays with our families. If you work with our Transaction Management department, a Coordinator will be available on an on-call basis from the 27th to the 31st.
