It’s also crucial in cutting through the noise these days, and that goes hand-in-hand with attracting, incubating, and generating leads for your business.
And it WORKS. I’ve tested it. I’ve used it. And we’ve staked our company’s marketing philosophy on it.
BUT, you can’t just jump into a content marketing strategy. You have to ease into it intentionally. You need to connect the dots, and you need to build a roadmap.

Quite literally, this step will determine if you succeed or fail.
Yes, it’s that important!
Even great real estate professionals just like you have said that they would work with “anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in the area” at least once in their career. 🤦♀️
That was okay then, but now that you know better…
You do NOT need to work with anyone who has a pulse!
Instead, be intentional about who you want to work with and who you attract.
And you will attract MORE.
