The key is to provide the audience with valuable information about taxes, local updates, buyer and seller trends, home trends, etc. Follow the next steps to separate yourself from the crowd and bring in more leads. 

Call Your Clients

A great way to follow up with any printed materials is to call your clients and see if they have received what you sent them. Ask them for their thoughts on the content and any suggestions for future editions. Write a Blog

If going live on social media to discuss a topic more in-depth isn’t your style, that’s okay! That’s where blogs can come in handy! It’s another opportunity to connect with your audience while providing more knowledge about a topic. With blog posts, be conscious of how long the blog is. A short and helpful piece will do the job. 

Utilize the marketing you’re already investing in rather than trying to spread yourself too thin by doing a little bit of everything. Instead, focus on a couple of solid strategies and use these tips to maximize your marketing.
